High Angle Cleated Conveyor

We manufacture and supply High Angle Cleated Conveyor systems from Anand for applications where material needs to be lifted at steep angles without rollback or spillage. In many plants, space is limited and vertical height is required, but normal conveyors fail because material slips back during upward movement. This system is built to handle that condition in a controlled way.

The conveyor uses cleated belt design where raised cleats hold material in position during steep incline transfer. We maintain proper cleat spacing, belt strength, and drive alignment so movement remains stable even under continuous load. This helps in maintaining steady output from feeding point to discharge point without interruption.

It’s also worth noting that material behavior changes during steep lifting. Powder, granules, and small bulk material react differently under gravity. We select cleat height and belt type based on application so material stays in place throughout the conveying cycle.
